Ingredients
- 1 block (200g / 7 oz) feta cheese
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes

- 250g (9 oz) short pasta (penne, fusilli, or rigatoni)
- Optional: chili flakes, fresh basil, lemon zest
Instructions
1. Preheat & Prepare
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place cherry tomatoes in a baking dish. Add olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Make space in the center and place the block of feta cheese.
- Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the feta and season lightly with pepper or chili flakes.
2. Bake
